Program Approval Process

|
|
Program approval has three phases. In Phase I, you submit an
application along with your payment (if applicable, amount varies
based upon application type and card program) to us, giving details
of your proposed program. We perform our due diligence, and present
a business case to our bank(s) on your behalf. We work with you and
the bank to make sure all aspects of your program are in compliance
with all bank, processor and card-association rules and regulations.
Phase I can be completed with preliminary bank approval, and usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
In Phase II, we
have you sign a program agreement, pay the applicable setup fees
(plus a 50% prepayment on your initial card order) and we submit the
program to the bank and processor for setup and implementation.
In Phase III (which
applies to custom programs only) we get final approval from Visa or
MasterCard for your card design and program setup parameters. We get
bank approval for your Cardholder Agreement, and Visa/MasterCard
approval for any promotional material that you plan to use in
conjunction with your program.
Once all approvals are in place and your cards have been produced,
your program can be launched. The entire process typically takes 30
days for a standard payroll-card program, and 90 to 120 days for a
custom program, depending on the size and complexity of the program.
Launch dates cannot be guaranteed.
