Money Order

The MONEY ORDER Module helps you efficiently run your money order business. Money orders are printed automatically as the tellers sell them from the computer. Tellers can sell them either filled-out or in blank form. At the push of a key, you can have the computer automatically type in a customer’s name, or frequent payees for your area.

It’s quick, easy and reliable.   With the MONEY ORDER Module, you can instantly look-up all money orders, whether they are open, cleared, voided, stopped or reissued. Clearings are done in a matter of minutes, and float reports are easily run with the touch of a few keys.

When used as a part of the HELM Module, money orders are automatically printed to all utility companies for cash payments collected. 

When used with the HELM Module, you can trace money orders which were purchased by certain customers.
