The PHOTO / SIGNATURE module lets you see your customer’s picture and signature together on screen. This helps prevent losses due to fraud and mistakes.

B.E.S.T.’s system is superior to other systems in a number of ways:

	Since our camera is attached by cable directly to your computer, when a picture of a customer is taken, it is instantly shown on your screen. This means that the image becomes part of your computer system. If you don’t like the picture you see, you push a key and take it again.
	Other systems don’t do this: Some don’t allow you to tell if you’ve gotten a good picture until long after the customer is gone. With their systems, you may have to electronically process the pictures you’ve taken, load them into the computer and attach them to the proper customer file. This takes a lot of time, which you pay for. Think of how much time would it take to process 5,000 or 10,000 pictures this way, and what your labor cost would be to do it With B.E.S.T.’s system, you don’t have to do all that!
	Our system takes up less space on your hard disk. Other systems advertise that they store 20 pictures per megabyte. We store 200 pictures in the same amount of disk space! This is a real cost savings to you, since you are much less likely to have to replace your hardware with larger hard disks.

In addition, our system is very fast. The software can read the photo Information without having to decompress it. This means, a picture is available to you almost as quickly as you can push the key.

The cameras we utilize are incredibly easy to use. They look great, don’t need to be held, are unobtrusive, have great focusing ability (from ¼” to infinity), and they’re designed to work In a countertop environment. Since the easily-adjusted goose-neck camera is stationary rather than hand-held, you get clear rather than blurry images of your all-important customers.
