Utility Bill-Payment

Our UTILITY module allows you to process large numbers of utility payments quickly & easily.   

If you have our HELM and MONEY ORDER modules, the UTILITY module will be able to print a money order to each utility company for all the cash payments you collected for them.  

The system works from the same HELM screen as your Check-Cashing, Point Of Sale and Money Order software.  

We have a smart utility feature built into our UTILITY program. After the first time a customer gives you a utility bill, the account number will be remembered by the computer for their future payments to that same utility. No more miss-typed numbers! -- All you have to do is select a utility number from the personal utility list that automatically pops-up when your customer pays a utility bill.
